Submitted by Brent Fritzemeier
Marne Arthaud-Day, Kansas State University associate professor of management, has been recognized with the Best Reviewer Award from the Journal of International Business Studies.
The journal, which publishes papers of significant interest that contribute to the theoretical basis of business and management studies, provides accessible, thought-provoking content for the general academic business community.
The Journal of International Business Studies Best Reviewer Awards, which began in 2008, are designed to recognize those individuals who have consistently demonstrated dedication to the journal, as reflected in their reviews over the past year. Decision criteria includes quality of each review — as rated by the area editor on the manuscript, timeliness of each review — number of days from assignment to submission of the review, as recorded by Manuscript Central, and total number of reviews and/or guest editor assignments completed.
The winners, selected by votes from the Journal of International Business Studies editorial team, will each receive a glass plaque and special recognition in the reviewer list published annually in the last issue of the journal.
