International Student and Scholar Services names scholarship winners

Submitted by Boglarka Davies

International Student and Scholar Services coordinates the awarding of multiple scholarships that are open to the international student community at Kansas State University.

The International Student Scholarship Committee was composed of representatives from multiple areas of campus. They have selected 15 students for seven different scholarships awarded for the 2021 fall semester. This year, the K-State Alumni Association participated in the scholarship process and will publicly release the names of their recipients at a later date.

"As in other years, the scholarship competition was very competitive," said Sara Thurston, director of International Student and Scholar Services. "We thank the students for taking time to prepare their applications and the recommenders for spending time on nomination letters."
