Call for session proposals for AI Symposium extended to June 1
Are you interested in proposing a session at K-State's 2024 AI and the Future Symposium?
Sessions at the symposium can be 20, 60 or 90 minutes and can range from roundtables, panels or a series of speakers on a joint theme to discussion and brainstorming sessions or hands-on workshops. To propose and run a session, please complete the call for session proposals form by June 1.
This year, "AI and the Future Symposium: Trust AI?," will take place Oct. 15-17 in Hale Library. This free, three-day event offers a way for the K-State and Manhattan communities to expand their knowledge of AI, learn about research and uses of AI in different disciplines, and learn more about how AI can be used for educational purposes.
For questions about the form or the symposium, please contact Raelynne Hale at raehale@k-state.edu. The symposium is organized by K-State Libraries, the department of modern languages and the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
