Long Cuts
Longs make the cuts that score most of the points. They line up at the back of the stack, way down the field, and cut towards the mid that gets the disc.

The longs should carefully watch their mids (L1 watches M1; L2 watches M2) and as soon as they see a pass being made to their mid they cut.

Once a long gets the disc, they look back or across the field to swing the disc to one of the handlers and the stack resets in its original order (but now closer to the goal).
