Mid Cuts
Mids make the cuts that result in much of the foward progress of the disc. They line up in the middle of the stack and cut towards the handler that gets the disc.

The timing of mid cuts cannot be stressed enough. The mids should carefully watch their handlers (M1 watches H1; M2 watches H2) and as soon as they see a pass being made to their handler they make a cut.

Once a mid gets the disc, they look down the field for a long: M1 looks for L1; M2 looks for L2. If their long cannot get open they look back or across the field to swing the disc to one of the handlers.
