Post-season Practices

open Pick-up at the REC fields  6:30-8:30pm Sun/Tues/Thur nights. Pick-up will continue after MUSL until Aug 23rd when Cheshire and Wizards practices should start. Wizards practices will be Tues/Thur 6-8pm Rec fields starting Tues 8/23 for 2weeks before moving to Old Stadium.

If REC fields are closed, back up fields have CHANGED to Old Memorial Stadium first, then NE community park

Beginner's Clinic

All beginners are encouraged to come to pick-up. People will help you improve your game there. The clinics below will go over throwing, cutting, defending and the rules of the game.

Womens Clinic is Wednesday May 25, 6:30-8pm at the REC fields. We'll work on backhand and forehand throws, pivoting, cutting and playing. Contact Rachel cheshireultimate@gmail.com with questions.
