Phase Three: Mobilize
Once they start thinking, it could be time to move to and pass through a problem-solving phase.

The third phase is Mobilize where Friends assess their circumstances and decide how to respond to the challenge. At Mobilize, they are beginning to assert control over their fate. They implement an Action Plan.

Once they begin to take control of their lives and move forward positively, then what? What is our next goal?
