I think the choice of which path we follow originates early in
life. Every choice to build up or to destroy tends to reinforce
movement along that path. Every choice tends to reduce the
power of its opposite. Of course, the path of making is not
one of perfection. There are setbacks. We all make bad choices
occasionally. Human beings are imperfect.
Over time, though,
the momentum of our choice creates a vector, a visible trajectory
that reveals the essential direction of our movement, toward
making or unmaking.
