Depends on what you mean by “true.” If you are asking whether my being affectionate is an objective fact, then no, my being affectionate is not an objective truth. If by “truth” you mean that you and I have achieved consensus on my being affectionate, then it is true that you and I agree. Someone else who knows me may disagree with both of us.
