Adaptability
Once we are faced with change and new circumstances, some of us can adapt fairly quickly. Others may not adjust to change so easily. Change may upset us. For example, some children settle down very quickly when they start preschool. They may cry when their parents drop them off (a measure of approach-withdrawal) but then adapt very quickly to the new circumstances.
