Stella Chess and Alexander Thomas, each of us has a temperament
that varies high and low within the following ranges:
Activity level
Regularity
Approach and withdrawal
Adaptability
Sensitivity
Mood
Intensity of reactions
Distractibility
Persistence and attention span
Let’s take a closer look at
these aspects of temperament. In your personal journal write “My
Temperament” at
the top of the page. As you rate your temperament, make a list
of the results.
