Tool
#15. Show interest in what your child does
Definition:
When you think children are about to misbehave, ask them to talk about
what they are doing or what they have. This discussion might distract them
from misbehavior.
Example:
A
child (4 years) is shooting a toy gun at other children attending his birthday
party. His father asks him, Jamie, show me your new toy gun... tell
me, what does this part do? How does it work? |
