In addition to the eight steps and corresponding skills as well as describing the important parenting practices that contributes to the skills, I am excited about the Developmental Milestones in Courage list in Raising Courageous Kids. This list of more than 250 milestones is based on an extensive review of the research literature. I thought parents and teachers might enjoy reading how each of the eight skills unfolds across time from infancy to early adolescence.
