Express Mail
Express Mail is the USPS fastest service for time-sensitive letters, documents or packages. Guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations or your money back. Express Mail can go internationally but the commitment time is not guaranteed. Generally to international destinations the delivery time is 5 days.

An Express Mail Service Commitment guarantees a delivery date and time for your Express Mail package. Just give us your origin and destination ZIP Code, the date the package will be shipped and we'll let you know how soon it will be delivered. (Next Day, Second Day, or Second Delivery Day, depending on the service commitment that was given at the time of acceptance)
Express Mail Includes:
- Free tracking information
- Signature proof of delivery, the signature can be waived if not necessary
- No Saturday delivery charges
- No residential surcharges or fuel surcharges
- Automatic insurance up to $100, free of charge. You can add extra insurance if you like.
- Free Flat Rate Envelopes, available at the CPO and any USPS Office
Express Mail Form
The Express Mail form, pictured below, is required on all Express Mail letters or packages. It can be picked up at the time of shipping at the KSU CPO or any USPS office. If the package is not in express mail packaging it must have enough space on top of the package to display this form plus postage. |

International Destinations:
International Destinations are required to have customs forms. If the package is under 16 ounces form 2976 is required if over 16 ounces the 2976-A is required. The Express Mail form is also required. For more information on shipping internationally see International Mail.
Size and Weight Limit
No more than 108 inches in combined length and girth this is the distance around the thickest part of the package. The weight limit is NO more than 70 pounds. International weight limit is 66 pounds.
