Moxley honored by Mortar Board

Virginia Moxley, dean emeritus of the College of Health and Human Sciences, is one of five alumni honored by Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society at the national conference in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Aug. 3.
Moxley received Alumni Achievement Award for significant contributions across the world. This is the 24th year for the award, which has been presented to 81 members.
"Mortar Board's mission is to encourage lifelong leadership and contributions to the global community," said Davis Whitman, national Mortar Board president. "These alumni certainly model this for all of our members — young and older."
