Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit offered virtually on Nov. 8 and 10

Submitted by Human Capital Services - Learning and Development

Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit will be offered from 8:30–10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 8, and Wednesday, Nov. 10, via Zoom. Attendance at both sessions will be required to receive credit for the topic.

Enhance your confidence in managing conflict within your department/unit by building your toolkit geared toward your supervisory role in responding to challenging situations that naturally occur within the workplace.

The session will help participants:

  • Address employee workplace concerns to build a healthy work environment.
  • Combine ideas and techniques to cultivate civility in the workplace.
  • Access tips and tools to work through difficult conversations.
  • Acquire the conflict resolution resources to directly assist with workplace disputes.

You must be a current supervisor of university support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program, so seating is limited.

To register for this session, please complete the registration form.
