Hale Library Concert Series: John Robison and Patricia Thompson
Please join K-State Libraries at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 14, for the next concert in the Hale Library Concert Series, presented by The Friends of the K-State Libraries.
Guest artist John Robison, professor of music at the University of South Florida, will present "51 Years of Luting and Never Been Arrested." This historical program will offer a recital of music for the lute and the archlute from the 16th through the 18th centuries, enlivened with Robison's light-hearted commentary. Robison will be assisted by Patricia Thompson, K-State voice professor and mezzo-soprano.
A wine, appetizer and dessert reception will take place after the concert.
