Reminder: W-2 forms available through State of Kansas Employee Self Service

The 2023 W-2 forms are now available through the State of Kansas Employee Self Service. Employees who previously consented to receive their W-2 electronically may now access their forms. View the instructions from the Division of Financial Services Payroll website for information on logging in, viewing and printing W-2s.
Employees who have not yet consented to receive their W-2 information electronically through the State of Kansas Employee Self Service may still do so by following the instructions provided in the link above. Employees only consent once, and the consent remains in effect until it is withdrawn or upon retirement, termination or death. The W-2 form — and up to five years of prior W-2 forms — will be available immediately in State of Kansas Employee Self Service once the consent is completed.
Note: The login information for first-time users of the state website is found in HRIS Self Service by following this path: Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W2 State of Kansas Consent and Access. Employees should review the password login information, then click the link that takes them to the State of Kansas system.
Paper forms were mailed late January for employees who have not consented to the electronic form.
