Severe Weather
If a severe weather warning siren (three-minute steady blast) is activated the following procedures should be followed:
Anderson Hall
Anderson Hall staff should go to the basement hall and gather just outside the vault which is located about half way between the handicapped accessible south door and the elevator, next to room 11.
Staff in Customer Support Services (CSS) is responsible for closing the cash drawer so the area is secure. The persons at the CSS are responsible for clearing the lobby area and locking the front door.
It is important that during an emergency we clear our offices as quickly as possible, taking only those personal items that are absolutely necessary. Above all else, remember that your life can not be replaced, but the material possessions can be!
