Cassie Hall recognized as Professional Staff of the Week
Cassie Hall, accountant with the College of Health and Human Sciences, was recognized as Professional Staff of the Week at the Jan. 4 women's home basketball game. Faculty Senate, the Office of the President, K-State Athletics and the Division of Communications and Marketing wish to recognize Hall for her contributions to K-State.
Hall is a vital part of the professional staff who keep things running smoothly. She has been with the university for 13 years, eight years within the College of Health and Human Sciences. She helps arrange all travel, ensuring that individuals are aware of university policies and procedures. With the implementation of Concur, she assists faculty, staff and students with the system and is responsible for tracking expenditures and income for four departmental accounts within the college.
The Professional Staff of the Week recognition is coordinated by Faculty Senate, the president's office, K-State Athletics and the Division of Communications and Marketing. Recipients are faculty members selected by Faculty Senate caucuses. Those selected are provided tickets to a men's or women's home basketball game of their choosing and are recognized during halftime. This is just a small token of appreciation for those who teach at K-State.
