Registration open for 2025 Open House Student Union exhibits

The K-State Open House Planning Team invites campus partners, student organizations and academic colleges to register for exhibits at the 2025 Open House on our Manhattan campus.
The 46th annual Open House, one of K-State’s largest attractions of the year, will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, April 12. The event is an opportunity to inform the public about what you do, capture the attention of new students and maintain contact with alumni.
Displays will be located throughout the first floor of the K-State Student Union to maximize space and minimize congestion. If you are interested in securing space in the Union, please fill out the request form as soon as possible.
The deadline to register for a display table is Monday, April 7. Space is limited, and we will prioritize reservations in the order that they are received. Please read the policies and rules for exhibits.
Please note: If you are a student organization in the College of Arts and Sciences, you should not complete this form. A representative from the Dean’s office will send you a separate communication detailing how to request space. If you are a student organization under another academic college, please check with your college prior to submitting a form as you may have space in your home building(s).
