Leadership Lecture Series presents 'Defining your success' with Dalton Henry
Join the School of Leadership Studies from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, in Town Hall in the Leadership Studies Building for Dalton Henry, who will present "Defining your Success" as part of the Leadership Lecture Series.
Henry is the director of governmental affairs for Kansas Wheat, where he works to represent the concerns of wheat farmers in both state and federal policies. He grew up on a diversified grain and livestock farm in northern Riley County, Kan., where he is still involved today. During his time at K-State, Dalton was elected as student body president in 2009 in addition to serving as a College of Agriculture ambassador, member of Blue Key Senior Honorary, Kansas FFA state president and member of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity.
He says that one of the most exciting parts of his job at Kansas Wheat has been the move into the Kansas Wheat Innovation Center, a new office and research facility on the north side of K-State’s campus.
