Mission Archery recalls MXB crossbows due to injury hazard and can fire unexpectedly. The crossbow can fire an arrow unexpectedly without the trigger being pulled, posing an injury hazard to the user and to bystanders.
Recalls travel system 26 infant car seat adaptors for strollers due to fall hazard. The plastic adaptors used to connect an infant car seat to a stroller can crack, become unstable and break during use, posing a fall hazard to infants.
Mirka recalls compact electric random orbital sanders due to fire hazard. The sander can short circuit, posing a fire hazard.
SCOTT recalls 2014 SCOTT Speedster 30 and 40, and Contessa Speedster 25 and 35 road bicycles due to fall hazard. The steerer tube in the front fork can break, posing a fall hazard.
