Customer Service Excellence for Student Employees on Dec. 3

Learning and Development is offerings a new professional development opportunity, Customer Service Excellence for Student Employees, WTD174, from 1:30-3 p.m. Dec. 3 in Edwards Hall Commons. It is specifically designed for student employees who work in customer service on a regular basis. Student employees should get supervisor approval prior to attending these sessions. Participants will:
- Determine how to know and understand your guests
- Identify important behavioral guidelines
- Describe the difference between on-stage and backstage behaviors/conversations
- Commit to an on-going customer service challenge
There is no charge to participants, but registration is necessary to ensure adequate seating and materials. Participants my register through HRIS Self_Enrollment or by sending an email to learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu. When sending an email, please include your name, department, employee ID number, course title and the course number. Supervisors also may send an email to register student employees.
