K-State CrossFit offers yoga Saturday mornings
Come and stretch with the K-State CrossFit community on Saturday mornings in the 4 Natatorium. Yoga is from 8-9 a.m. and is only $3 or free for unlimited CrossFit members.
The class involves power and flow yoga techniques and is taught by certified trainers. Come and see how increasing your flexibility and core strength can help improve your workouts.
