Early bird registration for 19th annual K-State Leadership Seminar March 11
Register early for the 19th annual K-State Leadership Seminar, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 11 at the K-State Student Union.
Early bird registration is $95 for an individual or $85 each for a team of three or more until Feb. 27. Regular registration after Feb. 27 is $125 for an individual or $115 each for a team of three or more.
The seminar will focus on courageous leadership. Whether you are taking a stand against injustice, or encouraging a teammate to work more constructively, we have all experienced the thrilling, and sometimes uncomfortable, feeling of courage.
This year's keynote speakers are Orlando Taylor, vice president for strategic initiatives and research and director of the Institute for Social Innovation at Fielding Graduate University, and Gen. Robert Brooks Brown, commanding general of the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth. Both keynote speakers will tackle what it means to courageously lead.
