University Press of Kansas director addresses state of academic publishing

How are university presses adapting to changes in the publishing world?
Join K-State Libraries for a presentation by Charles Myers, director of the University Press of Kansas, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, in Hale Library's Hemisphere Room. He will present "Publishing Books in the Digital Age: the University Press of Kansas in the 21st Century" and answer attendees' questions.
Myers has served as University Press of Kansas director since late 2013. Previously, he was an executive editor and group publisher at Princeton University Press. He received a doctorate in political science and a law degree at the University of Michigan.
