Help the K-State Book Network explore 'The Other Wes Moore' during 2015-2016
Have you already read the 2015 common reading selection "The Other Wes Moore"? Do you have expertise that you would like to share with the K-State and Manhattan community?
The K-State Book Network, or KSBN, is assembling a roster of faculty, staff, and students who would like to present at a monthly lecture series during the 2015-2016 academic year.
"The Other Wes Moore: A Public Lecture Series" will draw upon the collective knowledge of the campus community to help everyone understand more the issues raised in Moore's book.
Possible lecture topics include, but are not limited to: history, public policy, race, ethnicity, gender, family, education, the military, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
If you are interested in volunteering, please visit the survey to provide your name, the title of your presentation, and a 50-word description of its content. Proposals for individual and panel presentations welcome.
For priority consideration, submit your information by June 1.
