Fellowships for female international students, postdocs deadline Dec. 1
The American Association of University Women, or AAUW, invites international women scholars to apply for its International Fellowships. International Fellowships support women pursuing full-time graduate or postdoctoral study or research in the U.S. who are not U.S. citizens or permanents residents. Apply online.
Three award categories are available to support international students and postdocs:
- Masters level/First professional degree at $18,000.
- Doctoral level at $20,000.
- Postdoc level at $30,000.

About the fellowships: Originally designed to provide Latin American women opportunities for graduate and postgraduate study in the United States, the International Fellowships program awarded its first fellowship in 1917. The program now includes women from around the world, and International Fellowships have been awarded to more than 3,400 women from more than 140 nations.
