Quiet, caffeine, food at K-State Libraries
Submitted by Sarah McGreer Hoyt
During finals week, study space, free caffeine and food are precious commodities, but K-State Libraries aim to serve.
Scholars seeking quiet study space should retreat to Hale Library's third floor. Quiet, small group conversations are welcome on the first floor. All others should locate spots on the second floor, the fourth floor or in the 24-hour study area next to Einstein Bros Bagels.
Once everyone has settled into the perfect study spot and is craving food and drink, the K-State Libraries deliver with Caffeine Fix. Free coffee, tea, snacks and sympathy will be served from 10 p.m. to midnight on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
And since everyone will be in Hale together, K-State Libraries will be sharing the angst, caffeine consumption and occasional moments of hilarity on Snapchat via SnapKState.
This year's event is made possible by K-State Libraries with additional support from Bluestem Bistro, Einstein Bros Bagels, Jimmy Johns, Mr. Goodcents and Varsity Donuts.
