Mike Manley, founder, QualTrak Corporation

Mike Manley is the founder of QualTrak Corporation. QualTrak developed the first commercial software bug tracking system in the world, first commercial software test management system, and an X11 GUI tester that was awarded two patents. Manley is also a Silicon Valley angel investor and has helped run small, early-stage, high-tech software companies. He has made early stage investments in U.S. Web, DataXL, Silicon Valley Networks, TimeShift, Marathon Technologies and Times Ten Inc.
