Global Campus requests distance learning development grant proposals
Kansas State University Global Campus is requesting grant proposals for the development of new distance learning programs for fiscal year 2019. This is the 10th annual cycle of the grant-funding program, primarily used to develop online courses and programs.
"Providing support for the development of distance courses and programs will continue to be a high priority, although funding will be available to support new conferences and other projects as well," said Duane Dunn, associate dean of K-State Global Campus.
During the past few weeks, members of the K-State Global Campus staff have met with deans and department heads to discuss the grant-funding program. Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the details of the program on the grant website.
Proposals are due to the K-State Global Campus dean's office by Thursday, March 1. Initial funding announcements will be made in mid-May.
