Engagement Scholarship Consortium announces call for proposals for annual conference
K-State's Center for Engagement and Community Development encourages interested faculty and staff to consider completing a proposal for the Engagement Scholarship Consortium 2019 annual conference. Kansas State University has a history of significant representation at these annual meetings.
The conference will take place Oct. 8-9 in Denver.
Engagement Scholarship Consortium is a nonprofit educational organization composed of higher education member institutions, a mix of land-grants, public and private institutions. The consortium's goal is to work collaboratively to build strong university-community partnerships anchored in the rigor of scholarship, and designed to help build community capacity.
The deadline for proposals is March 15. Read the full call for proposals online.
