Military organization holding coat drive
The Institute for the Health and Security of Military Families, an organization headquartered at Kansas State University in Justin Hall, is working with the Manhattan Military Relations Committee on a winter coat drive for soldiers and their families.
The institute asks all K-State students, faculty and staff to bring their gently used, clean coats of all sizes — men's, women's and children's — to donate. A collection box will be available for your donations in Hoffman Lounge — the front lobby of Justin Hall — from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday through Friday, Oct. 16-19.
Please join the Institute for the Health and Security of Military Families by donating coats for military families this winter season.
