Distinguished Young Alumni Award nominations sought
The Distinguished Young Alumni Award program recognizes two Kansas State University graduates who are excelling in their professions and contributing to their communities. This program, which is in its inaugural year, is sponsored by the K-State Alumni Association’s Student Alumni Board. We will host these Distinguished Young Alumni on campus Feb. 25-26, 2013.
Anyone in the Kansas State University community may nominate a graduate for the Distinguished Young Alumni Award. The individual must be under the age of 30 at the time of nomination and have graduated from Kansas State University.
Selections will be made by a committee of Student Alumni Board members and members of the K-State Alumni Association Board of Directors. Please visit www.K-State.com/DYA to nominate an individual.
Nominations are due by Wednesday, Oct. 24. Please contact Megan Sherlock, associate director of student programs, at msherlock@k-state.com or 785-532-5056.
