Find out about your health: Participants needed for nutrition research study
K-State researchers are recruiting participants for a study examining the impact of daily strawberry beverage consumption on cardiovascular and metabolic health. Participants have the opportunity to learn about their health, earn up to $10/hour on site and receive a free DXA scan.
Participants must be between the ages of 30 and 75; willing to drink strawberry drinks daily for four weeks; and available to commit to two to four separate visits to the research laboratory. All visits will take place at the Physical Activity and Nutrition Clinical Research Consortium, or PAN-CRC, on the third floor of the Lafene Health Center building. A pre-screening visit to the laboratory will determine eligibility for enrollment into the study.
If you are interested in participating, please email Preston Tickner at presto2021@k-state.edu.
This study has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board and received approval No. 9736.
