Entomology professor appointed to editorial board of international journal
Kun Yan Zhu, professor of entomology, was recently appointed to the editorial board of the international journal, Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology.
Zhu is recognized nationally and internationally for his research on insect and environmental toxicology and toxicogenomics. He has authored or co-authored nearly 100 peer-reviewed journal manuscripts, 11 book chapters and 247 presentations, including 80 invited. He was the 2011 recipient of the Entomological Society of America-North Central Branch Recognition Award in Entomology.
Zhu is also a current editorial board member of the following journals: Insect Science; Acta Entomologica Sinica' Archives of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology; Entomology, Ornithology & Herpetology: Current Research; and Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology. He is an associate editor for Pest Management Science and a subject editor for Journal of Economic Entomology.
