Internship and Advising Survey available for eligible undergraduate students
Submitted by Office of Student Success
Before enrolling for the spring semester, most undergraduate students are required to complete the internship and advising survey. The survey collects information about student internships and feedback on their academic advising experience. The data collected improves our understanding of the important learning experiences students are having with internships and offers advisors feedback on their performance.
The steps in the survey process:
- Students meet with their academic advisors to discuss enrollment for the spring semester.
- Students take the survey any time before enrolling using the link in KSIS; see step-by-step instructions. The survey hold prevents students from enrolling in spring classes until the survey is completed.
- Instructions in the survey will guide students through completion. If students have a second advisor listed in KSIS, they also will be given the option to rate that advisor. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
- After completing the survey, the hold will be removed automatically.
Students should allow at least 10 minutes for this process to complete.
Advisors will be able to view statistics on each item in their individual evaluations and all written comments verbatim. Reports of results will not contain any information that identifies a particular student.
Survey preview links, details about the process and FAQ can be found on the Internship and Advising Survey website.
