Agronomy professor receives national teaching award
Kevin Donnelly, professor of agronomy, received the 2011 Crop Science Teaching Award from the Crop Science Society of America.
Donnelly's primary focus is crop science teaching and student service. He has served as American Society of Agronomy Resident Education Division chair and national adviser for Students of Agronomy, Soils and Environmental Sciences; and on the Collegiate Crops Contest Committee. He has been the crops team coach and agronomy club adviser at both K-State and Oklahoma State University, and served as assistant dean in the College of Agriculture at K-State for 10 years.
