Co-founder of Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers to speak today for Entrepreneurship Week
Entrepreneurship Week continues with guest speaker Scott Redler, co-founder of Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. Redler will speak at the College of Business Administration at 4:30 p.m. today, March 8, in 1088 Business Building. All are welcome.
Redler has more than 45 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a franchisor, owner and operator. After gaining hospitality experience in a few different states, Redler made his way to Wichita, where he opened up a steakhouse, and then continued on with launching the concept for the fast-casual restaurant, Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. He helped launch Freddy's in 2002, and after franchising, the brand has more than 450 locations in the United States. He currently serves on many profit and non-profit boards and was just named National Restaurant Association Chairman for 2023.
