Learning the art of self-care and finding your coziness
In celebration of Women's History 365 and the well-being of the K-State community, learn to find your coziness with self-care routines easily incorporated into your daily lives from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, in Rooms 204 and 205 of the Morris Family Multicultural Student Center.
Water will be provided for your hydration. Your registration helps us to get counts for water bottles. Please bring your lunch to enjoy during our social time. Please bring a towel, too.
According to health care professionals, the number one reason for illness is neglect of bodily and mental health. Women can be especially plagued by finding a work-life balance. We see the negative effects of the lack of work-life balance in students, faculty and staff.
Sponsored by the Student Life Staff Development and Engagement Committee and the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, this class promises to help you find ways toward self-care and improved health.
