Powercat Financial is expanding service locations
K-State's Powercat Financial is expanding its service locations this fall to deploy its 21 peer financial counselors in various locations across campus.
Financial well-being services by peer financial counselors will be available starting the second week of the semester in Holtz Hall, Hale Library, Trotter Hall for veterinary medicine students and the Vanier Sports Complex for student-athletes. Services will continue to be offered in the K-State Student Union on the third floor and online via Zoom.
Students will be able to sign up for a session via Navigate and select a location and modality that best fits their needs. All students, including undergraduate, graduate, professional and Global Campus students, can access this free financial well-being support to create an educational financial plan, develop a budget, manage student loan and repayment decisions, evaluate a job offer and benefits, understand credit and more.
Any staff or faculty member can schedule a student an appointment with Powercat Financial via Navigate as well to ensure the connection is made. Learn more about Powercat Financial at k-state.edu/powercatfinancial.
