Solving the puzzle of academic achievement
Submitted by Academic Achievement Center
The Academic Achievement Center is ready to help students reach their academic goals this semester with its package of free academic resources.
Tutoring Services offers free tutoring to all students taking courses at K-State. Highly trained peer tutors facilitate the learning process instead of providing answers. Tutoring focuses on the success of the learning process as a whole, not just the end result. Schedule a session with a tutor in Navigate or stop by Holtz Hall.
Academic coaching provides free academic guidance to all K-State students. Coaches guide students to create and achieve an academic success plan based on personal goals. Coaching helps develop academic skills and connects students to resources. Students who meet with a coach report an increase in their confidence and skills. Schedule a session with a coach in Navigate or stop by Holton Hall Room 101.
Success tools are independent resources for navigating your academic life as a K-State student. You can use any of the success tools to help you through your college experience and adapt them based on your needs.

New this fall, the Academic Achievement Center is hosting body doubling hours to help students find productivity to get work done. To learn more, read the K-State Today article all about body doubling.
You might have seen the new academic planners around campus already. They solve those pesky problems of organization, assignment tracking and managing time. Pick one up in Holton Hall Room 101 — they're going fast.
