Fulbright information session via Zoom
Submitted by Office of International Programs
The Office of Research Development will host an information session from 3:30-5 p.m. on Nov. 14 about the Fulbright Scholar Program, which offers nearly 400 teaching, research or combination teaching/research awards for faculty in more than 135 countries.
The session opens with a brief overview of this program's submission requirements and an introduction to the Fulbright Scholars website. This presentation will be followed by presentations by two recent K-State Fulbright Scholar awardees. They will talk about their experiences, the logistics of setting up an extended stay in another country and provide tips for the Fulbright Scholars submission. Attendees will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I
If you are interested in the Fulbright Scholarship program, this is a session you should attend. Please register to attend by noon on Nov. 13. Contact Mary Lou Marino for additional information or questions.
This session is in association with K-State International Education Week 2023, Nov. 8-17, and coordinated with the Office of Research Development and the Fulbright Scholar Program.
