Informational webinar scheduled for animal health education abroad trip
Students with an interest in animal health have a new opportunity for taking their studies to the next level: a study abroad trip with K-State Olathe.
Join a free webinar at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, where you can learn more about the program and whether it's right for you.
You'll be able to meet directly with the faculty members who will be accompanying learners on the trip and discover exactly what you can expect, as well as talk with a representative from the international programs office.
This program, which is inspired by the James Herriot book, "All Creatures Great and Small," will take place during summer 2024.
During the journey, each student will have the chance to:
- Visit farms and veterinary practices.
- Explore a museum dedicated to James Herriot's life.
- Learn about falconry.
- Tour London.
- Cruise the River Thames.
If you'd like to study abroad and learn more about animal health, join the webinar. You'll have a chance to ask questions, get the details and discover what you can expect when you apply to be a learner on this trip. Register for the webinar.
