New Faculty Institute invites you to afternoon tea at Hale Library
The New Faculty Institute and K-State Libraries will host afternoon tea from 3:30-5 p.m. today, Thursday, April 4, in the Hemisphere Room on the fifth floor of Hale Library.
Join Dean Joe Mocnik and other librarians for a casual come-and-go event designed to meet, connect and build potential partnerships. An assortment of iced and hot teas, scones and fresh fruit will be provided as you learn more about all the library has to offer. Optional tours of the Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab and the Dow Center for Multicultural and Community Studies will be offered around 4:15 p.m.
The New Faculty Institute is a program hosted by the Teaching and Learning Center for new faculty in their first three years at K-State. The New Faculty Institute provides networking and professional development opportunities to assist new faculty in becoming successful educators and researchers at Kansas State University.
