Dan Devlin to discuss livestock, climate change
The K-State Climate Change Interest Group speaker for November will be Dan Devlin, director of the Kansas Center for Agricultural Resources and the Environment, and faculty member in the agronomy department, at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, in 207 K-State Student Union.
The public is invited to hear Devlin speak about a large federally-funded project studying impacts of climate change on livestock grazing systems.
The group also will discuss plans for an "Ask the Expert" panel event on climate change scheduled for Dec. 3 on campus.
