A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications selects new ambassadors
The A.Q. Miller school of Journalism and Mass Communications has selected 13 new ambassadors for the 2016-2017 academic year. The new members will join seven returning members.
According to the program, ambassadors are some of the best students in our program. They are smart, energetic and enthusiastic and do a great job of promoting the profession and acting as hosts for the A.Q. Miller School.
New ambassadors for the 2016-2017 academic year include:
Riley Gates, sophomore in journalism and digital media-electronic, Beloit; Erin Hildreth, junior in public relations, El Dorado; Rafael Garcia, sophomore in journalism and digital media-print, Emporia; Allison Doll, senior in public relations, Garden City; Addison Linn, junior in public relations, Haysville; Allie Deiter, sophomore in advertising, Meriden; Alexus Lacy, junior in journalism and digital media-electronic, Topeka; Braxton Jones, senior in journalism and digital media-electronic, Wichita; Avery Osen, senior in journalism and digital media-electronic, Winfield; Emily Porter, senior in journalism and digital media-print, Winfield.
From Greater Kansas City: Eliza Scott, senior in public relations, Bonner Springs; Simphony Guiden, junior in public relations, Kansas City.
From out of state: Allison Holyfield, junior in public relations, Liberty, Missouri.
