Presentation submission deadline for Conference on Applied Statistics in Agriculture Feb. 17
The deadline to submit a presentation abstract for 29th annual K-State Conference on Applied Statistics in Agriculture is Feb. 17.
The conference will be April 23-25 at the Hilton Garden Inn and Convention Center in Manhattan.
This annual conference provides a forum for discussion of statistical issues motivated by agricultural problems and brings together statisticians from academia, industry and government to discuss ideas and advancements in agricultural statistics.
The 2017 conference will feature a workshop, "Statistical and Machine Learning," and a keynote address, "Statistical Challenges in Agent-Based Modeling" presented by David Banks, Ph.D., department of statistical science, Duke University.
