The clock is ticking: Participate in the Professional Development Needs Assessment
Submitted by Human Capital Services - Learning and Development
The clock is ticking but you still have time to complete the Human Capital Services Professional Development Needs Assessment. Participation in the survey is key for the planning and advancement of professional development opportunities, which will assist the university in reaching K-State 2025 benchmarks.
Participants are asked to think about existing professional development needs that, if addressed, could lead to employee growth, for example: obtaining skills to get to the next career level, honing an essential skill, mastering a new skill, or completing a certificate program that could provide more opportunities for advancement.
The needs assessment is available through March 31 and will likely take up to 20 minutes to complete. K-State employees should have an email from Human Capital Services with a unique assessment link.
Accommodation requests and questions regarding the needs assessment should be directed to Shanna Legleiter or Samantha Roberts in learning and development at learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu or 785-532-1920.
